NEW OPS DATA DASHBOARD
The Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) Data Dashboard includes OPS final orders for license denials and administrative violations. This information will continue to be updated as new final orders are issued. The dashboard currently has a placeholder for SB 303 data, which will be available after the first quarter of 2025. The dashboard will be updated as new data becomes available, including more OPS licensing and compliance data in 2025.
PUBLIC LISTENING SESSIONS NEXT WEEK
You are invited! OPS is hosting annual public listening sessions for members of the public to share feedback on the ongoing administration of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (ORS 475A). The listening sessions will be 90 minutes in length and open to everyone.

2024 RULEMAKING UPDATE
OPS will hold Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) meetings this August. The RACs will discuss (1) Implementation of SB 303, (2) Training Programs and Facilitators, and (3) Additional Rules Related to Psilocybin Services and Licensed Premises.
RAC meetings are open to the public and recordings will be posted to the OPS website. The meetings do not include public comment periods; however, a public comment period is scheduled for the month of October when all members of the public are invited to provide comments on proposed rules either in writing or in virtual public hearings.

JOIN THE OREGON PSILOCYBIN ADVISORY BOARD
The Oregon Psilocybin Advisory Board (OPAB) makes recommendations to OHA on available scientific studies and research on the safety and efficacy of psilocybin in treating mental health conditions, and makes recommendations on the requirements, specifications and guidelines for providing psilocybin services in Oregon.
Members of the OPAB are appointed by the Governor to serve four-year terms. These positions are filled as vacancies become available. If you are interested in serving on the board, please apply to become a board member.
