Public Comment Period Now Open
The public comment period for the proposed draft regulations 935 CMR 500.000, Adult Use of Marijuana and 935 CMR 501.000, Medical Use of Marijuana is now open and will close on August 15, 2019, at 5:00PM.
The Commission will hold public hearings on the promulgation of 935 CMR 500.000, Adult Use of Marijuana and 935 CMR 501.000, Medical Use of Marijuana. The hearings will be held at the following dates, times, and locations:
