The Liquor and Cannabis Board has extended the deadline for the Scientific Reviewer necessary for the marijuana research license. The solicitation will now close Feb. 13, 2017. To register and download the solicitation details you will need to be registered on the Washington Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) solicitation and bid system.
